This regulation creates a bittersweet situation––on one hand, it limits expansive commercialization and mass production, preserving the small-scale, artisanal nature of the coffee. On the other hand, these restrictions serve to protect the authenticity and integrity of this unique coffee variety. As a result, the quality, handling, and processing of Bali Blue Moon remain consistently excellent, maintaining a level of excellence that even the most discerning coffee lovers can truly appreciate and savor.

Located in the scenic and tranquil Kintamani Highlands of the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia, this coffee is carefully cultivated atop a vast and fertile volcanic plateau. This unique geographical feature imparts an exceptional mineral richness to the beans, enhancing their complex flavor profile. The ingredients include 100% shade-grown, environmentally friendly coffee beans that are thoughtfully cultivated alongside a diverse array of trees such as Erythrina, Albizia, Tangerine, and Orange, thereby creating a vibrant, natural, and balanced ecosystem. Blue Moon coffee is produced within a traditional farming system that closely resembles a cooperative, ensuring that all profits are returned directly to the hardworking farmers themselves, effectively promoting community welfare and sustainable development.
